Find a quiet space where you can sit or lie down comfortably. This is your moment, lovely—you’ve earned it. Close your eyes, take a deep breath in… and let it go. This is your time to reconnect with the version of you that already exists—the one who feels strong, vibrant, and deeply in love with her life.


Meditation Begins:

[Inhale slowly]
Breathe in calm…
[Exhale slowly]
Breathe out overwhelm…

Feel the tension melting from your shoulders. Let your jaw relax. Let your hands rest gently.

Now, imagine a soft, golden light surrounding your body. This light is full of love, strength, and healing. It begins to glow brighter as you breathe deeply.

Picture your healthiest self walking toward you—strong, energised, radiant. She’s smiling, full of confidence. Notice what she’s wearing, how she moves, and the way she holds herself. She’s not perfect—she’s powerful. She moves with grace, and she feels good in her skin.

Take a moment to really *see* her. What does her day look like?
What does she eat to nourish her body?
How does she move?
What thoughts fill her mind?

Now say to yourself:
“I am becoming her.”
“Every day, in every way, I am aligning with my healthiest self.”
“I am worthy of health, energy, and joy.”

Let those words settle in your heart.
Smile softly. You are on your way. And she—your highest, healthiest self—is cheering you on every step of the way.

When you’re ready, gently wiggle your fingers and toes…
Take one more deep breath…
And slowly open your eyes.


You did it. That version of you isn’t just a dream—she’s *already within you*. Come back to this meditation whenever you need a reset or reminder. You’re not starting from scratch, babe… you’re starting from strength.
