“Personal Inventory: Checking In With Your Mind, Body & Goals”
“A personal inventory isn’t about judging yourself — it’s about getting honest with where you are right now in life. What’s working? What’s draining you? What habits, relationships, routines, or even thought patterns feel heavy versus what feels light?”
Today we’re talking about something we don’t do enough — taking a personal inventory. I’m not talking about your fridge or your wardrobe (though that might help too 😂) — I mean checking in with you.
This is about reflecting on what’s working, what’s not, and where your energy’s going — because sometimes we’re giving out more than we’re getting back, right? So grab a brew or pop me on while you’re tidying up — let’s dive into it!”
The Four Areas to Reflect On
1.Mind:
“Am I speaking kindly to myself? What thoughts are looping daily? Do I need to declutter my mind the same way I declutter my house?”
2.Body:
“Am I sleeping well? Moving my body? Nourishing myself — or living off cold brews and kids’ leftovers again? 😅”
3.Energy:
“Who or what is taking up most of my energy? Are there boundaries I need to reset?”
4.Goals:
“Do my current actions match my vision board? Or have I drifted a bit? Remember — realignment isn’t failure. It’s self-awareness in action.”
