When someone engages in phubbing, they essentially ignore or disregard the people they are with in favor of their digital devices.

Phubbing behavior can be considered impolite and disrespectful, as it can make others feel unimportant or unappreciated. It can negatively impact face-to-face interactions and relationships, leading to decreased social connection and communication.
